EAST LANSING, Mich. – Certification courses from the Better Process Control School at Michigan State University (MSU) are slated for Oct. 15-19, 2012, on the East Lansing campus.

TheMSU Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition and the Grocery Manufacturers Association Science and Education Foundation sponsor the Better Process Control School, which offers supervisors instruction and testing for certification. Registration is available for two- or four-day courses. Registration fees include tuition, textbook, lunch and refreshment breaks. Courses and fees are as follows:

- Oct. 15-19: Four-day Acidified Foods and Low-acid Canned Foods Course, $770 per individual or $695 per individual when two or more people from the same company register together. This class will take place only if there are at least 15 people registered for the four-day course.
