EAST LANSING, Mich. – Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) Week, scheduled March 7-14, is an annual event at Michigan State University (MSU). It offers a variety of meetings, workshops and conferences in areas such as agriculture, horticulture and natural resources. Those interested in honing their skills for all things grown in the ground should look no further than the assorted horticulture-related workshops being offered during the week.

Sessions will explore a variety of topics, including:

  • Problems created by invasive plants.
  • Native plants and their habitats.
  • Horticulture as therapy.
  • Using herbs as natural remedies for the flu and common colds.
  • Herbal crafts.

For 100 years, the MSU College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR), MSU Extension and MSU AgBioResearch have welcomed visitors to ANR Week.
